Returns & Replacements
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a refund or exchange.
To return or exchange your purchase, please wrap the package securely and include the invoice you received with the shipment.
Please indicate the reason for return on the back of the invoice.

Please allow a minimum 7-10 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

Centerville Western Stores will not accept any packages that are shipped COD.

Shipping and Handling fees are not-refundable Our customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from our facility.
Exchanged items are shipped back to our customers, standard shipping, free of charge.

Centerville Western Stores will not accept returns of any items that have been worn or undergone any form of cleaning process.
Please try on all clothing before washing or dry cleaning. Also, boots should be tried on only on carpet, as scuffed soled boots cannot be returned.

We will send a return or exchange notification receipt for your records.

Shipping Damage
Occasionally merchandise can be damaged while in shipment.
Though we make every attempt to package all fragile items in manner to avoid damage however there is some possibility of damage occurring.
Please immediately contact us at if you open your package and discover a damaged product within.
We will arrange for the pickup of this damaged item by the delivery company and supply you a replacement item as appropriate.
Failure to notify us within one week of receipt of your package may result in your claim being denied.

Worn Merchandise Returns
Occasionally merchandise does not wear as anticipated.
If you are unsatisfied with the wear of your merchandise you may return it to us for inspection.
Please email us at to arrange for merchandise inspection. Boot manufacturers do not guarantee sole wear and may require Centerville Western Stores to send the boots back for factory inspection prior to authorizing a replacement pair.

Your return shipping will be refunded to you if the merchandise is deemed a manufacturer defect and replaced by Centerville Western Stores
